    Shipping & Returns

    All products and subsequent accessories available at Cricket Equipments USA are new with authentic brand packaging. Upon receipt, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully for damaged or missing items. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (20% off the purchase price).

    To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:

    • All claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of package receipt.
    • All returns must be pre-approved by Cricket Equipments USA
    • Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address must be obtained from
    • You can send an e-mail to info@cricketequipmentusa.com to receive your RMA (RA#).
    • RMA is valid for a period of 5 working days. Do not write the RMA number on the box! This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please write the RMA on the package’s shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RMA will not be accepted.
    • In the event that Cricket Equipments USA authorizes the return of merchandise, the merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials.
    • All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
    • Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.
    • Return shipping, insurance and handling are the responsibility of the customer and credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.

            Please note that special orders have no return policy.

            A return may void a multiple purchase discount or promotional shipping discount if it has been applied to the purchase order.

    Cricket Equipments USA cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.
