    -It is great for practicing, and for knocking practice. it is attached with a string. As you can see in a video it’s a relay nice red leather cricket ball. 

    -The string which is attached to the ball is for you can hang this ball anywhere in your house, or garage. So let me show you in a video that when you hung that ball somewhere now I’ll show you how to practice with this ball.

    -I hang the ball from the ceiling of my store now I’m gonna play with my CE bat which is not knocked right now, as you can see I hit 20 times from different angles of the bat. So this actually shows you that it’s great for knocking too, but the main purpose of this hanging ball is to practice hard for games, and you can also practice from this ball with a knocking bat too. )
